At PPN Labs, we’re committed to delivering premium sports nutrition products and a seamless customer experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at keegan.bush@ppnlabs.com with your order details.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
- To receive a different item or size, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
